SUPER-HYDRATING SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS:
6-8 ounces of chills coconut water, unsweetened
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 banana, fresh or frozen
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
1 inch fresh ginger, grated
1 scoop of high quality vegan protein powder of choice, unsweetened
1 tablespoon chia or ground flaxseeds
Ice if needed
PREPARATION:
