Christine Quinn is passionate about helping the older adult maximize their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
As an innovative fitness and health and wellness professional, She has created and taught numerous fitness classes and training sessions for thousands of individuals – specializing in training the older population.
Throughout her 10 year career in fitness and wellness and to date, Christine trains older adults ranging from age 50-100+ with private and group sessions. In addition to providing private in-home and remote sessions, She has created effective older adult fitness formats and taught this population at numerous organizations including; Mather Place Wilmette, Mallinckrodt Center, Michigan Shores Fitness Club, Life Time Fitness, Wilmette Recreation Community Center, Northwestern University Community Fitness Club, and the YMCA, Evanston.
Throughout her wellness career, she has trained extensively and earned certifications in the areas of functional aging, integrative nutrition, yoga, meditation, exercise physiology, strength training, aqua fitness, indoor cycling and more.
Christine helps her clients meet and exceed their goals and enables them to reach their highest and healthiest potential. Her classes and personal training sessions are fun, engaging, and effective.
She is an experienced professional continually recognized as a top performer in each role she has held to date. Taking a personal interest in the success of individuals, groups, organizations, and the community as a whole, Christine goes above and beyond the call of duty to help the older individual not only meet their unique goals, but far surpass them.

Radiant Child Yoga + Meditation
Radiant Child Yoga
Christine created Radiant Child Yoga + Meditation to teach kids important yoga concepts – asanas (postures) breath, movement and body awareness to name a few. In addition, kids how to foster love and respect in themselves with others and in their homes and communities.
By practicing yoga and mediation, children increase their self-esteem, and strengthen their bodies and minds.
Radiant Child yoga uses
imagery, movement and positive word association. This practice gives children a way to self sooth and
choose relaxation. It could be called “creative movement,” except that Radiant Child Yoga contains all the
essential ingredients of yoga-breath awareness, mind-body fitness, and the opportunity to experience the “self-within.”
