I combine my fitness background with my Life and Health Coaching training–to give clients a mind, body and spirit workout. I blend my trainings from CTI International, John Spencer Ellis, Light of Day, Darren Hardy INSANE Productivity Success and her most recent training with Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and ONE DAY TO WELLNESS to bring clients the best coaching.
I teach with sensitivity, compassion, motivation and an infectious enthusiasm. I’ve also been known to have the BEST playlists!
Why work with me? I am s a multi-certified fitness and yoga instructor with experience teaching people from age 5-85 at all fitness levels. I teach yoga, aqua fit classes, indoor cycle, and Foundations Strength–a strength class I created to give people a safe and effective workout to enhance their strength and functionality in every day life.
I also teaches Radiant Child Yoga and Mindfulness–a program I created to teach children the mind/body connection, how to use their breath to move and self-soothe and basic yoga principles and postures. And, I also teaches tweens and teens fun and engaging fitness and yoga classes.
I hold certifications from Aerobics Fitness Association of American (AFAA), Institute for Integrative Nutrition, ONE DAY TO WELLNESS, Mad Dog Athletics, Radiant Child Yoga, Full Bloom Lotus Reiki Levels 1 and 2, John Spencer Ellis Stress Management, SCW Aqua Fitness, and the Functional Aging Institute (FAI). She also holds her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate with Life Time Life Power Yoga. She is self-insured by Philadelphia Insurance Companies.

Join Fitness and Wellness Coach Christine Quinn for Women’s Wellness– which incorporates strength training, yoga, meditation, inspiration, and wellness coaching support.

The focus in this workshop will be to become stronger physically and mentally – by working your body and mind with gentle yoga and meditation. These group sessions are designed to help you learn to trust and grow your inner voice and hone your body and mind’s strength and relaxation response thus creating an overall healthier YOU.
Each week will begin with a 30-40 minute Vinyasa Yoga gentle flow followed by a group discussion on nutrition (each week there is a new topic), meditation and YIN yoga. You’ll also get meal plans and grocery lists. The yoga is appropriate for all fitness levels.
Through this workout you will learn more about your body, mind and breath – and can take with you an inspired and strong self – allowing you to be ready to meet all of life’s trials and tribulations.
For the final 10 minutes, we will end with yoga stretches and Shavasana. It’s in this final phase of your workout that you will seal in all your strength and flexibility work. You will also cultivate stillness and a non-judgmental awareness of the body and mind – an essential part of your health and wellness.

Radiant Child Yoga +
Radiant Child Yoga
Christine created Radiant Child Yoga + Meditation to teach kids important yoga concepts – asanas (postures) breath, movement and body awareness to name a few. In addition, kids how to foster love and respect in themselves with others and in their homes and communities.
By practicing yoga and mediation, children increase their self-esteem, and strengthen their bodies and minds.
Radiant Child yoga uses
imagery, movment and positive word association. This practice gives children a way to self sooth and
choose relaxation. It could be
called “creative movement,” except that Radiant Child Yoga contains all the
essential ingredients of yoga-breath awareness, mind-body fitness, and the
opportunity to experience the “self-within.”
