My passion for wellness began long before I became a coach.
As an athlete, I learned early how movement, nutrition, and mindfulness improve both physical and mental health. But my greatest motivation came from personal loss. I lost my mother to cancer when I was nine years old and my father when I was nineteen.
Those experiences shaped my life’s mission: helping others live healthier, stronger, and more vibrant lives through exercise, nourishing foods, stress management, community, and reducing exposure to harmful toxins.
That’s why I created Sole to Soul Coaching—to empower women to care for their whole selves: body, mind, and spirit.
