Hi, I am Christine Quinn, I help women reclaim their vitality, strength and confidence so that they excel in their life by reducing their anxiety and creating their ideal weight through my nourish, move and mindfulness program; Badass Healthy Women. This unique scientifically based program combines mind + body fitness – to not only decrease anxiety but also reduce the risks of chronic illnesses — like cancer.
With this unique program you replace stress and anxiety with strength and confidence though my 3 Pillars; Nourish, Move, Meditate. The program is based on information and research from health pioneers; Dr. Dean Ornish on reversing heart disease, Dr. Michael Greger on “How not To Die” and preventing cancer, Buettner’s “Blue Zones Kitchen”, Dr Daniel Amen on brain health, Dr. Thomas Campbell’s “China Study”, Lorenzo Cohen’s “Anti-Cancer Living”, The Medical Medium’s “Cleanse to Heal” and many more.
I am also an older adult wellness specialist, training the older adult to live the optimal healthy lifestyle.
The quest for healthy, clean, and fit living fueled my journey into creating Sole to Soul Coaching – services, like Badass Women that help women explore and live their healthiest and highest self through deep wisdom of the body, mind and spirit.
My SoletoSoul Coaching also provides clients fitness, yoga, nutrition, and clean home and self-care products to optimize health–inside and out. And, we also teach kids healthy movement and mindfulness through our Radiant Child Yoga + Mindfulness.
Through athletics growing up, I learned the importance of fitness, nutrition and meditation. I also learned the importance of healthy eating, exercise, meditation, and non-toxic living thru two major tragedies in my life: losing my mom when I was 9 and my dad when I was 19–both to cancer.
My parents’ cancers and deaths motivate me to live a healthy lifestyle, which includes effective exercise, nutrition, meditation, spiritual growth, community, and clean living with non-toxic personal care products. My passion to help others and my years of knowledge on how to create clean, healthy and soulful living spurred me to help women transform their life so that they live with confidence, strength and joy.
I help clients meet and exceed their goals by facilitating fun, engaging, and challenging exercise sessions, workshops and one-on- one coaching enabling women to reach their highest potential.
I have taught individuals of all ages AND all fitness levels–from 5-85 year olds. I developed and taught Women’s Wellness Workshops; Radiant Child Yoga + Meditation, Aqua Fit, Indoor Cycle and my signature “Foundation Strength” and FITFORLIFE classes.
I am a multi-certified health and wellness and fitness professional passionate about helping women maximize their mind, body and spirit so that they live their highest self and most successful life. I earned certifications from the Aerobics Fitness Association of America (AFAA), Life Time Life Power Yoga 200 YTT, Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), One Day to Wellness Health Coaching. Madd Dogg Athletics, Radiant Child Yoga, Full Bloom Lotus Reiki Levels 1 and 2, John Spencer Ellis Stress Management, SCW Aqua Fitness, and FAI’s Functional Aging Institute’s Specialist Certification.
In addition to my health coaching and personal training, SoletoSoul Coaching provides consulting to help individuals use non-toxic personal, beauty and home care products. Why? Because research shows that numerous beauty care products contain toxic chemicals that are liked to illnesses like cancer.
Prior to working in the fitness and wellness field, I worked for 20 years as a communications professional–in sales, marketing, fundraising, and PR/media relations.
In my 20 year communications career, I worked in both the profit and non-profit sectors creating, developing and executing successful communications and fundraising programs. In addition, I achieved numerous sales and communications awards for my results in both the legal and medical professions.
Passionate about helping individuals achieve their highest potential in physical, mental, and emotional realms, I have intensely redirected my career in health, wellness, and fitness through my multiple certifications, as well as a variety of positions to aid people of all ages.
An experienced professional continually recognized as a top performer in each role I have held to date, I bring clients a unique blend of skills spanning from business, sales, and public/media relations to fitness: indoor cycling, yoga, stress management, and Reiki. Taking a personal interest in the success of individuals, groups, organizations, and the community as a whole, I go above and beyond the call of duty to help people not only meet their unique goals, but far surpass them.
