Chocolate Avocado Brownies

300g dark chocolate
2 tbsp coconut oil
2-4 avocados (approx 1 cup)
½ C maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
½ C cocoa powder
½ C gluten free flour
Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler until smooth. Separately blend the avocados, maple syrup and vanilla. Once thoroughly blended, combine with the melted chocolate. Slowly add 3 eggs to the chocolate and avocado mixture. Combine the cocoa and GF flour together and then add to the wet ingredients.
Pour into 13×9 cake pan. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes.
