*One Day To Wellness Power Balls
- ½ cup of walnuts
- ½ cup of cashews or almonds
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 t. vanilla
- ¼ cup cacao powder
- Options to add: ¼ cacao nips, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, dark chocolate chips, shredded coconut or chopped walnuts, healthy sprinkles, almond, sunflower or peanut butter.
- In a food processor – process nuts. Add dates, vanilla and cacao powder. Process until mixed well. Add any of the optional ingredients in all or some. Make small balls with mixture and freeze for 1 hour or longer. Keep in freezer and when ready to eat – take out and let sit for a few minutes in room temperature.
