*One Day To Wellness Power Balls
- ½ cup of Walnuts
- ½ cup of cashews or almonds
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 t. vanilla
- ¼ cup Cacao Powder
- Option: ¼ cacao nips
- In a food processor – process nuts. Add dates, vanilla and cacao powder. Process until mixed well. Add cacao nips. Make small balls with mixture and freeze for 1 hour or longer. Keep in freezer and when ready to eat – take out and let sit for a few minutes in room temperature.
