INDREDIENTS:
1 large Avocado (frozen or fresh)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries (wild bb best)
4 tsp Flax seeds or 2 TBS ground flax seed
1 TBS or 1 scoop of Vegan Powder (chocolate of vanilla) or Cacoa Powder
PREPARATION:
Blend in a blender and enjoy.
