One Day to Wellness Buckwheat Pancakes with Berries
1/2 cup each buckwheat and another flour (oat, almond…)
1 cup of oat milk
1 t vanilla
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t backing powder
2 T ground Flax Seed
1/4 cup berries
Optional: cacoa nibs and/or dark chocolate ships
1-2 TBS Honey
Mix all ingredients except berries and honey.
Cook on a preheated non stick fry pan. Top with berries. Option to top honey as well. Enjoy!
