2 TBS of olive oil
3/4 to 1 lb cauliflower
Iodine salt (sea is good) to taste
Preheat oven to 425. Brush baking sheets with some olive oil.
Cut cauliflower into 1 inch florets.
Toss with olive oil and Iodine sea salt and spread on to baking sheet evenly.
Roast for about 10 minutes. Shake around or toss with a spoon and rest for another 5 minutes.
Taste at this point to see if they are done to your liking. Roast more if needed.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before sprinkle with a little more salt before serving. They may also be served at room temperature. ADAPTED FROM: The Metagenics Detox.
