INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of unsweetened coconut water
2 cups (tightly packed) fresh baby spinach
1 Kirby cucumber – cut into chunks
1 Stalk of celery, chopped
1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1/2 avocado
Juice of half a lemon or lime
1/2 cup ice (optional)
1 scoop high quality plant based vanilla protein powder (optional)
