Greetings everyone!
I am an information gatherer and like to have and share all things that bring health and ease into our lives. Now, as we address and overcome the COVID-19 virus, it is up to all of us to keep ourselves as healthy as we can be.
On that note, I’ve compiled a list of resources (most online — some local near/in Wilmette) — please feel to share and/or let me know your healthy resources that are helping you thrive this health challenge – we as a world face. And, if you have any questions regarding my recommendations; please reach out!
I created the following list to how I coach my fitness and health coaching clients: nourish. move. meditate. Please consult your physician before starting any new exercise and take note: this does not take the place of mental health services. While this is a list for nutrition, exercise and mindfulness — I have included a resource in “extra” for mental health.
May you be Nourishing Well. May you be Moving. May you be Peaceful.
