No-bake oatmeal protein bars

2 cups quick cooking oats (suggest: Quaker Oats PR Traitor Joe’s has good gluten free oats)
1/2 cup natural pb – OR any nut butter)
4 scoops protein powder
1 tbsp flax meal
1/2 cup water
(1/3 cup dark chocolate chips optional)
Knead all ingredients together in a bowl.
Line a square baking pan with wax paper. Spread dough into pan using spatula.
Freeze for 30 mins.
Remove from freezer. Cut into 8 bars. Put back in Freezer.
