Bloat-Reducing Vinaigrette |
This zippy little belly-loving concoction is the perfect accompaniment for your favorite greens and will have you coming back for more.
Ingredients:
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp raw organic honey
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon zest
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Sea salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Put garlic, shallot, mustard, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a mini food processor and puree until smooth. Add lemon zest and stir. Store extra in glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
