Ingredients:
1 apple, medium (peel and chopped)
½ banana (frozen)
4 ice cubes
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp oats
1 tbsp nut butter
1 tsp cinnamon (ground)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (homemade is best)
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour in a glass and enjoy!
NOTES:
Apple Type: For a distinct apple flavor, use a tart variety of apple like a Granny Smith or a Macintosh.Nut-Free: Use Coconut, Soy or Oat Milk. Garnish with small apple pieces on top.
