INGREDIENTS:
2 apples diced
1 large ripe banana, roughly chopped
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon cardamom
1/2 cup blackberries
1/4 cup of raisins and/or cranberries: optional
PREPARATION:
Place apples, bananas, cinnamon, and cardamom in a food processor and pulse until chunky and creamy.
