If you’ve ever wanted to live your ideal weight and feel more energetic, but you’re struggling, then you’re going to want to read every word of this email…
You see, I was a lot like you. I was someone who knew I needed to create some new habits but without the support nothing changed for me. For years, I tried to lose weight, feel more calm and strong and confident with my health.
I tried fad diets, talking to my doctors and searching endlessly online to try and find ways to feel my best self. It seemed like the more I tried — I became more frustrated because I felt so unhealthy; the extra weight still clung to my body (my midsection specifically!), I felt overwhelmed, and actually sick most of the time.
Point is, nothing helped. Until I studied and learned ways to eat, move and meditate that actually work. And most important, I got the support I needed — cheerleaders who with love and kindness nudged me further into living a healthy lifestyle. Then I achieved all my health goals…
How is this possible?
Simple: I kept learning and getting support. Most recently, I enrolled myself in a health and wellness program led by health coaches (I practice what I preach!) and lost 15 pounds, gained inner peace and felt confident and empowered.
Now I want to give back. With everything I learned in that program and my work the past ten years as a fitness and health coach, I created The Vibrant Woman Project to give you the opportunity to do the same; create your optimal weight, gain tools for peace and feel your best self.
Life is stressful and even more so lately. Just this past few weeks, I’ve experienced traumatic events around me that took a toll on my well being. These tragedies also remind me how important it is for us to have the tools at hand so that we have the mindset and healthy body to take on life’s challenges.
We take care of ourselves, so we can show up for our loved ones and all those around us as a strong, hopeful, and positive force.
Life is too short for us not to feel and live our best self.
