Ingredients
- 10-12 oz. hot water
- ½ Juice of One Small Lemon
- ½ tsp. Ginger
- ½ tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- ½-1 tsp. Raw Honey
Preparation: Bring water almost to a boil (Microwave or Stovetop). Then add remaining ingredients to your water and enjoy.

Would this be good after Thanksgiving meal when I’ve eaten too much? Are usually try to have apple cider vinegar before I eat.
