Want to know of one simple thing you can do to start losing weight today??
Meal Spacing.
Yup, spacing out your meals. Ideally 4 – 5 hours apart.
Why?
This helps with something called your “Migrating Motor Complex” (MMC).
Your MMC is a sweeping wave that goes through your intestines every 90 minutes.
It sweeps through not just your food, but also bacteria / yeasts / parasites… all that not so good stuff you swallow all day long.
But…
When you eat a meal it stops for 3 hours.
Which we do want to happen so it can be still enough for your digestive system to get to work on that meal, break it down, absorb the nutrition from it, get rid of what you don’t need…
Then we want the sweeping wave to kick back in again.
Making sense so far?
So with that knowledge you don’t really want to be eating a meal, then snacking an hour or two later, having another meal, snacking again etc…
Things (your food, bacteria / yeast / parasites) would over time start to build up in your intestines.
And that would create a breeding ground forrrr…
IBS, SIBO, Dysbiosis; digestive issues that cause serious pain and health issues!
And all the crappy (pun intended) symptoms that come along with that…

Meal spacing is just one of the things you can do to help you start feeling better today.
This concept is so simple (not always easy, I get it), and so effective in relieving bloating.
